Refund Policy

The short version
There is no recurring charge to stop — a subscription is a fixed period that simply ends. If something is wrong, write to us first — we handle refund requests quickly, and a fair request is granted without a fight. What we can never refund is a tip losing: outcomes are uncertain and no result is ever guaranteed.
When a subscription ends
Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: your access runs to the end of the period you paid for and then stops. You are never charged again unless you choose to buy another period.
Your 14-day withdrawal right (EU consumers)
For a new subscription, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and receive a refund. If you used the Service during those 14 days, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the period already supplied, as EU law provides — in practice, if you have barely used it, expect a full refund.
For a single tip, delivery is immediate. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right is lost once delivery begins (art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU). This is why single-tip purchases are not automatically refundable — but see below.
When we refund beyond the legal minimum
We will make it right if:
- you were charged in error, or charged twice;
- a technical failure on our side meant you could not access what you paid for;
- the content delivered was not what was described at purchase.
What is not refundable: dissatisfaction with the outcome of a tip. Losing selections are a normal part of sports betting, published track records include them, and no profit is ever promised.
How to request a refund
Email sportsdataweb@gmail.com from your account email, with the approximate purchase date. We reply within 3 business days; approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically arriving within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We resolve almost everything faster than a chargeback process does.
